Basic Terms & Conditions

The Organization's services and products are contingent upon payment clearance before flight departure. Tickets paid by check will be issued after clearance.

The Organization reserves the right to:

• Cancel tickets before departure, with liability limited to refunding the ticket cost.
• Modify or withdraw advertised tours, with no liability for additional expenses the Traveler/Group incurred.

No party except the Organization, in writing, may alter the Terms & Conditions set forth here or in any travel documents.

In the event of changes to advertised tours, the traveler may:

• Proceed with the amended tour.
• Accept an alternative tour offered by the Organization, with no liability for additional expenses incurred by the Traveler/Group.

The Organization is not liable for:

• Any accidents, injuries, delays, or expenses caused by any misadventure.
• Acts or defaults of air carriers or their agents, regardless of negligence.

The Organization's liability is limited to the total tour cost, excluding consequential damages or expenses.

Prices quoted are in USD or equivalent foreign currency, subject to change due to currency fluctuations or fuel cost increases.

Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents. The Organization bears no responsibility for document issues.

Insurance premiums are not included in ticket costs.

All tours are subject to laws and regulations. The Organization is not liable for conditions arising from such laws.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the tour end.

The Organization is not liable for reduced tour days or transport disruptions due to factors such as weather or any other calamity.

Cancellation charges/refund rules apply.

In the event of a dispute

level9trips aims to address any issues related to our products or services promptly. If resolution is not achieved, you may pursue claims as outlined below.

By engaging with us, you agree to allow us the opportunity to resolve any disputes regarding the website, our agents, services, representations, or privacy policy through our Customer Service division. If resolution is not reached within a specified timeframe; you may seek relief through mediation or small claims court.

All claims will be resolved through binding mediation, except for individual claims in small claims court. This applies to claims against us, our subsidiaries, or any company offering products or services through us, regardless of when the claim arose.

The American Arbitration will conduct mediations. The Association (AAA) is under its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. AAA rules will govern the payment of fees. Mediation may be conducted over the phone, in writing, or in person.

Proceedings to resolve claims will be conducted individually, not as a class action. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law apply. Mediation decisions may be confirmed by a court with competent jurisdiction.

Prohibited Activities

The content and information on this website, including travel service pricing and availability, are proprietary to us, our affiliates, or our suppliers. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from this website. Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use this website or its content for commercial purposes.
• Make false reservations.
• Access or copy website information using automated or manual means without authorization.
• Violate website restrictions or attempt to bypass access measures.
• Take actions that unreasonably strain our infrastructure.
• Deep link any website section without approval.
• Frame or incorporate website segments into other websites without prior authorization.

If fraudulent activity is detected in your booking/account, level9trips may cancel associated reservations and close your account. Legal action may be pursued, and you may be liable for fines, including litigation costs and damages. Contact level9trips Customer Service to contest any cancellations or account actions.

Our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) provides Special Discounts covering Senior Citizens, Military, Youth, Natural Disasters, Bereavement, and Disabilities.

Airline Refunds/Future Credits vary based on airline policies.

Service fees on the payment page are converted into local currency.

Passenger types include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.

Post-ticketing service fees may change without notice and are non-refundable.

Final charges include government taxes and fees.

Most air tickets sold are non-refundable, subject to Travel Suppliers' rules.

Special Services are subject to airline approval.

Name misspellings require correction.

Visa/Passport decline letters are necessary for processing.

Keep baggage receipts and tags for reference.

No-show requires supporting documents.

Denied Boarding requires an explanation.

Duplicate Tickets need to be submitted for refunds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws, including the Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law. Use of this Website is unauthorized where prohibited by law. No joint venture or employment relationship exists between you and level9trips. We may comply with legal requests regarding your use of this website.

If any part of this agreement is found invalid, it does not affect the remaining provisions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and level9trips. Fictitious names mentioned on this website do not represent real entities. Minors under 18 are ineligible to purchase services through level9trips.

Fees and Taxes on Advertised Airline Ticket Prices

Government taxes, airline fees, and additional charges are included in your fare or itemized separately on the checkout page. Tax rates apply at the time of purchase, with any retroactive increases falling on the traveler. For international flights, Entry or Exit Fees may apply separately.

A non-refundable fee per ticket applies to itineraries with multiple carriers. Additional fees may include:

• Online/On-call Ticket Processing Fee: A nominal fee applies to bookings from our website or on-call travel experts.
• Paper Ticket Fees: Charged for paper ticket issuance, with additional fees for rerouted or undeliverable tickets.
• Itinerary Changes/Cancellations/Refunds: Airlines may charge change fees, with level9trips also applying processing fees.
• Baggage and Other Ancillary Airline Fees: Airlines may charge additional fees at the airport for services or exceeding baggage limits. level9trips provides a summary of airline baggage fees during booking.
• Entry/Exit Fees: Some countries or airports charge fees upon entry or exit that are not included in the ticket price or taxes and fees displayed on our website. Before departure, visit www.travel.state.gov for more information on specific country fees.
